Seller and acceptance

This photography shop is provided by Artur Jedrczak. By continuing to use the shop, you agree to these terms. Your use of the shop and the photography license is an agreement with Artur Jedrczak; the purchase transaction is also subject to Paddle’s Buyer Terms. You must be legally able to enter into an agreement and provide accurate order details.

Photographs and licenses

All photographs are created by Artur Jedrczak using a phone. A personal-use digital license costs €11.05 per photograph and provides a full-quality JPEG after confirmed payment. The license is limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable: you may use the photograph for private wallpaper, personal printing or a private portfolio. Copyright is not transferred. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense or claim authorship of the photograph. Advertising, company websites, publications and other commercial use require a separate agreement; contact the seller by email or phone.

Payments and delivery

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Purchases are one-time payments, not subscriptions; there are no renewals, recurring charges or plans to cancel. Payment, billing, taxes, cancellations and refunds are governed by Paddle’s Buyer Terms. The secure checkout shows the final total, including any applicable taxes, before payment.

Buyers purchase as guests. Once payment is confirmed, the private order page provides downloads; each issued download link is valid for 10 minutes. Keep your private order link confidential. A link is not proof of payment, and pending, failed or refunded orders do not grant new downloads. Test purchases do not provide full-quality originals. If you lose access, contact the seller with your order reference; ownership must be verified before recovery.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

Do not use the shop unlawfully, commit fraud or send spam, infringe intellectual property, distribute malware, probe or interfere with security, scrape protected content or bypass payment and download restrictions. Artur Jedrczak retains ownership of the photographs, branding, documentation and intellectual property in the shop, subject to the rights of third-party software and service providers.

Availability and access restrictions

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Contact us if a purchased file is unavailable or damaged so we can resolve it. Access may be suspended or terminated for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. These terms do not exclude statutory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Refunds, privacy and donations

See our Refund Policy and Privacy Notice. Optional Revolut donations are separate from photo purchases and do not grant a license. Donation statistics record outbound clicks only, not completed transfers.
